As a Holistic Health and Nutrition Counselor, I support busy moms just like you to reach their health and weight loss goals, while building a better relationship with their new bodies. I am working with Baby Boot Camp of Boston/Metrowest to bring you an informative talk on Wednesday May 11th, 2011. This talk will give you strategies for losing your baby weight permanently and for getting your family on the path toward better health.
