Happy First Day of Fall!

It’s the first official day of fall.

You may not know this, but fall is my favorite season. I love the cool air, the leaves changing, the outdoor sports…

Here are some things I’m looking forward to this fall:

Visiting my homeland aka Vermont

Picking apples…

Lifting outside sans the heat…

Making pies…

Cooking squash–my favorite orange vegetable…

Eating seasonal greens…

I’m especially looking forward to the 21 Day Return to Nourishment Group Program starting October 3rd!
