I’ve finally emerged from my Christmas food coma.
I have to admit that I ate SO many Christmas cookies at my mother’s house on Sunday. Probably an entire gingerbread family. And maybe even their house…
So you can understand why I’m really anxious to get started with the Winter Resilience detox.
I want to feel lighter…
and to have more energy.
But really the bottom line is that my body is totally out of whack and I’m ready to get it back.
