{Vision Board} Part Deux : The Unveiling

Last week I mentioned that I was making a vision board.

To me, a vision board is a visual representation of all things positive and motivating.

I like to post pretty pictures of healthy delicious food to remind me to make good choices (most of the time)

I like to fill my board with positive words to remind me to stay focused on the good and to be grateful.

Not all of the pictures I use have something to do with my goals.

But some remind me that I want to get better at taking my fish oil

and some remind me that I want to make an effort to cook more.

This year I did something different and attached all of the motivational Post-It notes I wrote to myself last year.

(One of the best quotes a client has ever shared with me)

(An inspirational quote from one of my Health Coach role models)

(The quote that helped me get the confidence I needed to leave my full-time job)

(My favorite quote of all time)

Some pictures are just for fun.

Some are jokes…

(Because I want to gain 3 lbs of Muscles…get it?)

Everything on my board means something to me and reminds me of what I want to accomplish this year.

And it reminds me, most importantly, that

Did you make a vision board for 2012? How did you choose what images to put on it?

I love vision boards! I made one (easily via the internet) a few months back and I love it. I think I blogged about it, it mainly was about traveling, clear skin and writing more, stretching etc. Things I love and want to do more and more. Thanks for the reminder.
