The other night, M and I were craving sweet things. Since I’m starting my whole food cleanse next Monday, I figured one last batch of cookies wasn’t such a bad idea.
So I whipped up some coconut flour, pumpkin thumbprint cookies. I used the same batter recipe as the pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, but I replaced the chocolate chips with dark chocolate Hershey Kisses.
I really like this cookie recipe! It’s really quick and easy. You do have to wait a while for the cookies to cool, or else they’re a little crumbly. I usually let mine cool and then put them in the fridge. This way they stay together, and they’re still moist and delicious!
