{Winter Resilience Detox} Various Eats Part II

Today marks the first day of the second week of our 14 day, whole food detox.

I thought I’d share some more of my various eats with ya’ll.

Chicken and Broccoli Indian Hot Plate (from Well Fed)

Tuna on a Glorious Salad.

Spring mix, tuna, pecans, avocado and a pinch of craisins topped with balsamic vinegar.

Slow cooked, grass fed beef chili (recipe coming soon)…

Breakfast for two: eggs fried in coconut oil, avocado and dino kale.

More tuna salad: apple, avocado, cucumber, craisins and spring mix with olive oil and vinegar.

Some detox tea…

More eggs, kale and avocado…

and fish oil. One of the many things this detox has been good for is remembering to take my supplements…
