Make Today Better!

Name three ways how you can make today even more enjoyable than you thought it was going to be! –Robert Holden, PhD

You can heal your physical body with both food and thoughts.

Having a good relationship with yourself is so important to living a balanced, happy life.

Part of having a good relationship with yourself is being able to think positively so that you’re always bringing good energy to yourself and improving your situation. So I ask you:

What are three ways that you will make today more enjoyable than you thought it was going to be?

Take some time to think about this—you can write in your journal or share with the group!

I’m going to:

  1. Make a big batch of steamed kale for lunch (because I know that eating kale makes my mind and my body happy)
  2. Do some focused meditation (aka intense positive thinking 😉 to release the little worries and the stresses of the week.
  3. Reach out to a friend that I haven’t seen in a while–someone I need back in my life!

How will you make this day better?

Lots of veggies. High Quality Protein. Healthy Fats.
