{Spring Nutritional Reset} I want more energy.

How are you feeling? How are those energy levels?

How’s the ol’ digestive system working?

When the sun comes out, all I want to do is play and play.

But, I’m finding that my energy levels aren’t what they could be these days: I almost fell asleep at 7:55pm last night…good thing I didn’t because I would have missed my own teleclass.

If I’m completely honest with myself, my digestion isn’t in the best shape either: I’ve been a sugar maniac since Easter, and sugar is my gateway drug to other not-so-good food choices.

I want more energy.

I want unlimited energy.

I want an efficient internal system.

I want unlimited energy as a byproduct of having an efficient internal system.

I want to feel light and bouncy. Like I have more spring in my step.

I’m pretty confident that I’ll have both of these things after the Spring Nutritional Reset.
