Week Two of the Spring Nutritional Reset started yesterday.
Even though I eat grain, legume and dairy free year round, I always learn something new about myself when going through the cleanse.
This time, I’m learning that I miss munching.
I miss munching on my plantain chips mostly.
I impulse bought some kale chips at Whole Foods after inhaling a free sample.
So, when I saw this recipe for Sun-dried Tomato Cheesy Kale Chips, I knew I needed to try it.
A snack that’s not only cleanse friendly, but a good source of leafy greens!
From fresh greens…
…to dehydrated cheesy, tomato-y goodness.
These things are crazy addicting. SO delicious. They’ll probably be gone by tomorrow.
