Despite my lack of recipe posts these days, I’m still eating food.
I will never stop eating food.
Here are some of the things I’ve been eating lately.
Because, again, I’m know you all be like: “why hasn’t Allison showed me what she’s eating…I WANT TO KNOW!”
Ah, breakfast– how i love you. Four eggs, cucumber cabbage slaw and polenta from the Whole Foods Prepared Food section. I know polenta isn’t technically paleo, but it is technically delicious. I guess it’s not a whole food either, technically. But I’m okay with that every once and a while.
A fancy second breakfast of pancakes with maple syrup and banana.
On to lunch. I ate this one at my desk on my notebook place mat. Leftover lemon chili chicken over greens with yellow and red tomatoes from my mother’s garden.
What’s that? This one looks the same as the last? Sometimes I do that. Orange cherry tomatoes and watermelon goat cheese salad. PLUS some delicious Cadbury chocolate Lil’Nic brought me direct from London, England.
Salad with a mustard chicken thigh, tomatoes, blueberries, guac and a banana with Barney Butter.
