{Fall Nutritional Reset} There’s still space for you to kick those sugar demons

The time has come, my friends.

Tomorrow is the last day to register for the Fall Nutritional Reset.

There is still space for you.

Still space for you to get support making healthy choices.

Still space for you to consciously take charge of what you eat.

Still space for you to start using food as fuel and to nourish your body.

Still space for you to make some amazing connections with like-minded people.

and, ahem, still space for you in those fancy pants of yours.

Don’t you want to be like Carole who was more clear headed, lighter, had enormous amounts of energy after her Nutritional Reset?

Joining a guided cleanse in the fall is a great way to prepare yourself for the holiday season.

I mean, Halloween is right around the corner.

Okay, I know– that’s not reeeeally a holiday, but there’s candy involved.

And when there’s candy, those sugar demons aren’t far away.

P.s. Don’t you want to look cute in your Halloween costume?

So. Read more about this 21 day whole food cleanse here.

Motivation is one of the primary key to a successful diet and living healthy. Knowing each aspects of your body and your nutritional needs without sacrificing the taste and enjoyment with foods we eat. As I started my diet plan, I drink a tea called tulsi which I got from http://organicindia.mercola.com/tulsi-tea.aspx then does a good exercise routine two to three times a week. I did some test of my stamina and endurance too. I eat those foods which is right for my body type and according to my nutritionist advice.
