“When I lose this weight, I’ll be able to wear that dress.”
“When I lose this weight, I’ll go on vacation.”
“When I lose this weight, I’ll join the gym.”
“When I finally lose this weight, I’ll start dating.”
What if you didn’t have to wait?
What if you could do anything you wanted to do any time you wanted to?
What if I told you that you can?
You can do anything you want to do whenever you want to do it.
Well, maybe not anything, but within reason.
There’s no need to wait.
Because what if life isn’t different when you lose that weight?
What if losing the weight doesn’t magically change everything?
The truth is that life probably won’t be different when you lose the weight.
If I’ve learned anything from being on diet after diet for year after year, it’s that even when I did lose some weight, I was still looking to lose more.
Always thinking about what was next.
Never content with my body–even after I had reached the goal that I want to reach.
Chances are, if you’re used to being on a diet, even when you lose the weight, you’ll still be looking for what’s next.
The next way to improve your body.
When you wait to do something that you really want to do because of your body, there’s most likely something else keeping you from your dreams. An insecurity that goes way beyond the way your weight. The fastest way to break through this insecurity is to show yourself that you CAN do what you want now– and that you’ll have fun doing it–even though you might not look exactly how you want at the moment.
So, there’s really no reason to wait.
You miss out on so much by waiting.
Take that leap and just do it.
- What’s one thing you’ve always wanted to do, but never did because you were waiting to lose weight?
- What does that inner voice say is really keeping you from doing what you want?
- Gently tell that voice to be quiet, smile big and just do it.
You won’t be sorry.
