Following a diet* is like letting a stranger tell you what to eat.
A stranger who doesn’t know you.
Who doesn’t know the first thing about you
Who has no idea what is best for you.
Only you know what truly works for you.
Even if it doesn’t seem like it right now.
It takes time and experimentation and lots of patience.
Don’t let a stranger tell you what to do.
Keep listening to your body and it will show you the way.
