For those of us that have food issues– a less than healthy relationship with food, a past of dieting, or a history of disordered eating– the holidays can be less than joyous.
In fact, they can be downright stressful and unpleasant: always worried about the food you’ll be eating a that holiday party and the possibility of gaining weight.
Worrying about your weight during the holidays sucks.
That’s why I’m offering this free teleclass– to support you to STOP worrying about your weight during the holidays and to ENJOY yourself.
In this teleclass you’ll learn:
- How worrying about your weight is negatively affecting your health and happiness.
- Tips to eat foods you enjoy (like gingerbread cookies and egg nog) and not deprive yourself.
- Tips to cope with the stress of unusual eating during the holidays.
- The benefits of a whole food, Paleo-style diet.
- Your first steps to start your new, healthy life.
As a Health Counselor, I support people just like you to reach their health goals, increase their energy, and feel great in their body.
My intention with this free teleclass is to support you to start healing your relationship with food so that you can enjoy the holiday season with less stress AND while still working toward your health goals.
