Enjoy Your Holiday Season! Keep the Stress and Weight-Worry Out

mental prep

The holidays are supposed to be a fun time of year. A time where you can enjoy food, family and friends and joyfully partake in your holiday traditions.

But for a lot of people, the holidays can be stressful– especially if you’re trying to work toward weight loss or gut-healing goals.

The holidays bring joy, but they also bring a lot of “unusual foods” or foods that you might not eat on a regular basis. For many, those foods can create lots of stress:

“do I eat them? or do I avoid them,”

“will they make me sick?”

“will they keep me from my weight-loss goals?”

It IS possible to enjoy food during the holiday season without stress or guilt. Eating during the holidays CAN be a part of your balanced food routine.
