The holidays are supposed to be a fun time of year. A time where you can enjoy food, family and friends and joyfully partake in your holiday traditions.
But for a lot of people, the holidays can be stressful– especially if you’re trying to work toward weight loss or gut-healing goals.
The holidays bring joy, but they also bring a lot of “unusual foods” or foods that you might not eat on a regular basis. For many, those foods can create lots of stress:
“do I eat them? or do I avoid them,”
“will they make me sick?”
“will they keep me from my weight-loss goals?”
It IS possible to enjoy food during the holiday season without stress or guilt. Eating during the holidays CAN be a part of your balanced food routine.
