Not to be a Debbie Downer…but Fall is just around the corner– whether you like it or not.
Kiddos are going back to school and work is probably ramping up, which means you are getting exponentially busier and you may feel like you don’t have as much time as you need to get ALL of the things done.
When you start to feel like you don’t have the time, your health is often the first thing to get pushed aside. You don’t have time to be active. You don’t have time to prepare healthy meals. It’s a very normal reaction– especially when you have other people counting on you to get certain things done (whether it’s your family or your job).
At times like this, I always think of a quote I read somewhere on the internet a while back. It goes something like this: “Instead of saying ‘I don’t have time,’ try saying ‘it’s not a priority’ and see how that feels.” It may sound harsh, but the reality is that there is always time for the things that are important to you. You make time for the things that are important to you.
I don’t want to stress you out.
If you realize that exercise and healthy eating aren’t as big of a priority as you thought they were, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that.
I DO want to help you if you feel like healthy eating and exercise are a priority, but you’re struggling to figure out how to balance them in your busy life.
That’s why I created my new Virtual Health Coaching program– to help busy people MAKE time for their health. To help you find that balance so that you can feel like you’re able to put effort into your health goals, even with your busy schedule.
