{Holiday Recipe} Coconut Milk Hot Chocolate
  • ¾ cup water
  • ½ cup canned organic coconut milk
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (depending on how chocolatey you want it)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ to 1 tsp grade B maple syrup (depending on how sweet you want it)
  • Cacao nibs or cinnamon for sprinkling (optional)
  1. In a small saucepan, bring your water and coconut milk to a simmer.
  2. Whisk in the cocoa powder, vanilla and maple syrup.
  3. Once well combined, pour into your mug and top with cacao nibs or cinnamon if you like.
