California Medley Fudge (Grain-free, Dairy-free, Naturally Sweetened)

The base for this fudge is from Coconut Mama's Coconut Cream Fudge Recipe.
  • 1½ cups coconut butter
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Grade B Maple Syrup
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ cup tart cherries
  • ¼ cup pistachios
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup pecans
  1. In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, melt the coconut butter, cocoa, vanilla and maple syrup.
  2. Stir in the tart cherries, raisins, nuts and sea salt.
  3. Spread the fudge into a greased glass baking dish and refrigerate for about 4 hours, or until firm.
